Cuvée "Château Pégairolles"

The first vintage saw the light of day in 1996 with the creation of our winery. This cuvée is our Pegairolles terroir’s identity card. It reflects the know-how of the passionate wine-producers of our valley and is a harmonious assemblage of Syrah/Grenache and Carignan (AOP Languedoc).

It is the star of our winery, and comes from our terroir which is one of the most ancient and picturesque in the Languedoc.

Cuvée "L'Astié"

This « high quality » eponymous cuvée was created in 2000 as a tribute to Mr ASTIE, one of the oldest wine-growers of the valley.

The assemblage is a combination of Syrah and Grenache (aging vines), one part of which is matured in old wooden casks. This cuvee is the result of a strict selection of plots that the wine-producers of the valley have made in this terroir which is called Terrasses du Larzac (AOP Languedoc).

Cuvée "Farrières roses"

Our rosé wine came along in 2004… The dominant nature of this “rosé de saignée” (special wine-making process) is Syrah with Grenache. The name of Farrières is a reference to a part of the Pegairolles area which is exposed towards the sunset.

An advanced maturity gives charm, tenderness, fruit, and an elegant and subtle perfume just as the delicate flower: the rose.
